CHECK-IN TIME is 3 P.M. local time and CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. local time.

This is a NON SMOKING property.

PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

 

  1. DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of £250 is required. This is due for payment together with you balance payment 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

The deposit is NOT toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure,

Provided the following provisions are met.

  • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • No charges are incurred due to illegal activity
  • All debris and discards are placed in communal rubbish bins.
  • All keys are handed back to our Apartment Manager or left on the kitchen worktop and the apartment is left locked.
  • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
  • No linens are lost or damaged.
  • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
  1. PAYMENT

An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking the apartment with the balance being paid together with the damage deposit 6 weeks prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments via bank transfer or personal cheques. Bank details and postal addresses for all payments will be sent to you under separate cover.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or £50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

  1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons.

  1. MINIMUM STAY

This property requires a seven (7) night minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than seven days, the guest will be charged the seven-night rate.

  1. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.

  1. RATE CHANGES

Rates are subject to change without notice.

  1. FALSIFIED BOOKINGS

Any booking obtained under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

  1. PARKING

There is underground private parking provided specifically to the apartment. This is accessed via a fob through the automatic gate below the apartment block and a private garage is provided.

  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip. The owner accepts no liability for accident or injury during you rental period.

  1. ELECTRICITY AND WATER

Electricity (including air condition) is free to the value of £41.60 (160units) per week during July and August and to the value of £26 (100units) per week during the rest of the year. In the event that usage exceeds these amounts, it will be charged at 26p per unit (1khw) which will be deducted from your damage deposit. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival/departure.To minimise costs please do NOT use the air conditioning when doors and windows are open and please do not leave air con on when leaving the apartment for the day.
