Apartment 1042 has been set on the fourth floor of this superbly located residential complex of Tas-Sellum Residence, offering its tenants a multitude of extravagances.
The complex is situated on the waterside of Mellieha Bay, the largest bay on the island of Malta. Being a landscaped project, every apartment catches a glimpse or more of the scenic bay views. Three communal swimming pools and surrounding decks and gardens make the complex your ideal holiday accommodation choice.
Luxuriously furnished Apartment 1042 has a modern and colorfully dressed streak to it, with its ultra modern ebony kitchen equipped to detail with its full appliances, its beautiful white leather sofas and entertaining 42inch plasma TV, DVD and Blue ray player.
Emerging from the living area one comes onto a large front terrace, floored in non-slip ceramic decking, furnished with wooden sun beds, a revolving-centered table seating six, a large parasol, a three-seater sofa, a BBQ, numerous candle lanterns and all-season plants and flower pots. A glorious sight, both by day and by night.
The bedrooms both extremely comfy, offer side balconies furnished with coffee table and two armchairs. The master bedroom has a super king size bed draped in white and gold fabrics. A luxury ensuite shower room inter-connects with the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed draped in black and white fabrics. Air-conditioners, plasma TVs and blue ray players are included in each bedroom. The white-tiled main bathroom is flattered with red fabrics and offers the luxury of a candle-lit relaxing bath.
Last but not least Apartment 1042 also includes the use of a lock up garage on ground zero, therefore supplying its tenants with a safe lock up for their rental car.
All in all, Apartment 1042 offers breathtaking views of the Mellieha waters and a jaw- dropping revelation to the majority of rental apartments’ usual accustomed look.
We had a wonderful holiday at the apartment, everything was as described in the advert, not one disappointment. Mellieha Village is lovely with lots of good walk and nice restaurants. One of our favourites was the Chinese in the High Street, the Band Clubs in the Square are great too, we even sat in on the Imperial Band’s practise night and made lots of friends. A car was recommended, but we decided to get some exercise, we never gained any weight this holiday (thats a first) but a car would be best for some people.Thanks to Charlene’s excellent customer service skills everything went smoothly, can’t thank you enough Charlene.
Charlene, we just talked about you the other day, because we wanted you to know how good a vacation we had at apartment 622 in Malta. Everything was just perfect!!! We call the apartment a 5 ***** star apartment, because it was so beautiful and functional at the same time. The children loved the pools (of course). And we thought it was nice to have such beautiful surroundings around the pools. We will be back Charlene. We also recommend you to the people we talk to (who are a lot), whenever the conversation is about travelling, you “pop up”…Thanks for a perfect vacation 🙂
We were very satisfied with apartment 622 – It is a spacious, modern and fully equipped flat with all the comfort one can imagine. I always spent the morning hours on the charming balcony overlooking the sea. The whole complex with it’s swimming pools serves everybody’s needs. The only thing we missed are good roads! A car is recommended while there and if you are not used to driving on the other side of the road, here is your chance to try it!!! To sum up, we highly recommend apartment 622 to everyone. We were there with our kids 9 and11yrs and enjoyed staying there. Thank you Charlene!
We had a wonderful time in Malta and thought apartment 622 was clean and well equipped, as described. We enjoyed our early morning tea overlooking the wonderful bay view. The air conditioning was a blessing in the July heat wave. We will visit again Charlene.
